Nadine Marissa was born on July 4th in Houston, Texas as Nadine

Marissa Richard. She moved to Dallas to study Theater and Film. She is

an Actress Known for The Walking Dead ( 2017), Better Call Saul (

2015-16) ,Dawn ( 2014) and Ritechus Cry (2013)

How did you get your role  in The Walking Dead as Nabila and become a

member of the Kingdom?

I did a audition via video. The show is very private so I didn’t know anything about the character . 

 

Nadine ,  did you watch the show or read the graphic novel, prior to

your casting to The Walking Dead?

I didn’t read the novels  , I knew about the show and I had seen  a couple of episodes but my son was really into it and when your a parent you tend to pay attention to your kid and notice what they like and you get into by default . 

 

 

Working with Khary Payton or Melissa McBride will be a dream for every

TWD Fan, what can you say about working with some of this guys? Both are great and really fun . So down to earth and I can’t say enough how funny they are . They both talk with everyone, from Actors to background actors and extras not at all stand off-ish ! The best ! 

 

 

How much has the series The Walking Dead influenced your life? Can you

go outside unrecognized ?

I can walk around without being noticed. In my everyday life I don’t wear a hijab and I think that allows me to just be nadine . some people will stare and think they know me or tell me I look familiar. My life is pretty much the same , I think anything you do will influence you. This experience is no different , it’s help me meet some amazing people and learn more about their thoughts on the show and how passionate people are about it. It’s exciting truly 

 

What was the best thing or the funniest moment about working on The

Walking Dead?Is there something special you can share with us?  The people are the best , it is a big family and people keep in touch . I would say the special thing is when your on set , you transport to a zombie apocalypse life and forget real life outside is going on . It is truly amazing to see and experience that . 

 

Before you work for The Walking Dead you was a part of „Better call

Saul“ , the Breaking Bad Spin Off with Bob Odenkirk , What can you

tell us about this series and your role?

The role was a admin clerk who Saul would visit every time he was at the court house because breaking off into his own firm . My character seem to give me a hard time a couple of times . 

 

Are you currently working on anything interesting Movie or Series that

you can reveal?

I can’t say at this time , I have some projects close to my heart I’m working on but soon enough you will know . 

 

Is there anything else you would like to let The Walking Dead Fans and

your fans know?

I truly appreciate all the love and support and kindness you have shown me and my character nabila , it has been a pleasure sharing her with you and I hope we get to see her again.
