How did you get your role  in The Walking Dead as a
member of the Scavengers?
 I acquired my role on the Walking Dead by answering a facebook ad. The Casting Company is called Extras Casting Atlanta. The were specifically looking for tall people with long hair. so me being 6”8 tall, I decided to apply.

Marcus ,  did you watch the show or read the graphic novel, prior to
your casting to The Walking Dead?
Yes i actually watched the show from the very beginning, never missing an episode. but i have never read the graphic novels.

Working with Pollyanna McIntosh or one of the Maincast Members will be a dream for every
TWD Fan, what can you say about working with some of this guys?
Working with Pollyanna was very cool indeed. But my most memorable moment is speaking with Andrew Lincoln between takes, he is very nice and humble guy. He also takes is acting very seriously, very down to earth guy.

How much has the series The Walking Dead influenced your life? Can you
go outside unrecognized ?
 The Walking Dead series has influenced my life in a very positive light. It definitely gave me more confidence, and also has showed me that as a human being I stand out a little bit. Maybe its my height or humble demeanor. For the most part I go outside unrecognized, but there was this one instance where I was recognized at my job which was pretty cool. I was the ass to take a picture with the certain individual so that felt really good.

 

 

What was the best thing or the funniest moment about working on The
Walking Dead?Is there something special you can share with us?
The best moment for me about being a part of The Walking Dead was just being a part of the production. It’s very surreal feeling to be on set, then a month later seeing yourself on TV and people calling and text messaging your phone or reaching out by various social network platforms. it’s a great feeling!

 

 

Are you currently working on anything interesting Movie or Series outside "The Walking Dead" that
you can reveal?
The only other project I have been on is Spiderman:homecoming. I was a background actor and I was also a firefighter.
