Ryan Lord Interview - I wish I could do it all over again for the rest of my life!
Ryan Lord is an actor, known for Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle
- Thank you Ryan for your time for the Fans.
- Ryan when did you first discover your passion for the world of Entertainment?
I first discovered my passion behind the camera surprisingly enough! I have been running production companies since I was 18 but when I saw the opportunity to be in the legendary Birdemic series I knew I had to give it my all. I have to say that being in front of the camera has got to be my new favorite part of the entertainment. Being able to work with so many amazing like-minded individuals on set is truly a blessing. I have my amazing costars and director to thank for making it so spectacular every single day on set!
- You work in Birdemic 3: Sea Eagle as Evan,How did you get cast for the role?
I actually sent in my application saying I would do everything it took including doing it all for free haha! That definitely caught Jame's attention but of course, he wouldn't let that happen! It was enough to get my foot in the door though! After, that I flew down to San Fransisco to meet James on the Santa Cruz Pier over dinner. We immediately hit it off and the rest is history!
- How would you describe your role as Evan?
Evan is an incredibly positive gerontologist who finally meets the woman of his dreams right before his whole life is turned upside. I don't want to give too much away but I can tell you his adventure is one that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat!
- Could you share some funny, remarkable, weird stories regarding the filming of your scenes?
I could go on and on about all the moments in the filming that I would consider funny or remarkable. From dancing for 30 minutes straight on a very crowded beach with the directions of just do what you want all the way to someone being arrested on set. Every single day we recorded there was always something insane or remarkable happening. You cant film a Birdemic movie without twists and turns along the way! Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing and am so happy to experience all the wild events. The whole cast has endless stories to tell, but I think it would be best to get us all together to tell them!
- Please finish the following sentence: “Looking back at working on Birdemic …”
I wish I could do it all over again for the rest of my life!
- What will we see next from you? Any projects/movies/series?
I'm actually not able to dive into that yet, but I can assure you there is plenty more to come from Ryan Lord
- Is there any dream role or actor/actress you would love to work in the future?
I would work with Julia and Alan time and time again. They are by far my favorite people I have ever gotten the chance to work with!
- Is there anything else you would like to let your fans know?
We had a lot of fun recording Birdemic 3. So much fun that we decided to hide certain things throughout the movie. If you catch them you have a good eye! You might need to watch it a couple times to find them all!
- Thank you being my guest Ryan Lord and best wishes for the future. I hope to see you one day in Germany.
I'll be there next year! I call buying the first round!
